This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of this order (if your Company require a purchase order number to be input on the invoice, this PO number to be provided by you within 5 working days). Payment is due in full within 28 days from the date of the invoice. Orders made less than 28 days preceeding the event must be paid within five days. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received (although in such cases the amount remains payable)
No refunds will be made for cancellations less than four weeks before the event. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, but should be notified in advance
